Overview
PattrIQ, operated by Sjenkie B.V., uses a limited number of third-party vendors ("subprocessors") to deliver the service. This page lists the categories and, where practical, the named vendors involved in processing your data.
We select vendors carefully and require appropriate data protection commitments. If we add or replace a subprocessor, this page will be updated.

Data Protection Commitments
- All vendors process data only as instructed and for the stated purpose
- Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all vendor communications
- AI model providers are configured to restrict use of input data for model training where such controls are available
- We rely on vendor terms and, where applicable, Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) for handling and retention
International Transfers
Some subprocessors are located in or may process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions where available.
